Dwarves dont cast spells stupid devs
Since dwarfs are a german invention and i am a german, i have to know that they are skilled in magic according to the fables. Just some english fella didn’t use that attribute for his books.
So Tolkien was german? Wow i did not know that
EverQuest came out in 1999 and Dwarves cast spells. Paladin + Cleric = Spells!

Save file is not gone, is just this version cannot read from previous one. Just go back to play the previous version and the save files are there (also scared the shit out of me)
