What’s the difference between this and the other 2 packs?

Repacked = “Rebuilt/Repackaged”
Simply, in a repack of a game, all the contents of the game are compressed without any of the content being removed. Video/Audio/Extra Content are untouched. The whole game is compressed using different compression algorithms and methods to reduce the file size significantly. Usually all the updates and DLC packs are pre-included.
When game devs release a game, they compress the game files before they are released. These files are already compressed to their maximum extent. So compressing already compressed files is of no use. Usually, games are compressed using zlib or DEFLATE methods, however newer methods are being used.
The retail files are precompressed to raw assets from their file containers and a stronger/more efficient compression method like LZMA for instance, is applied which significantly reduces the file size.

The version is only shown on the installer information screen, it is 3.4.2 with all 32 DLCs present and activated
