hi i stopped stellaris 2 years ago, did this one is the last version of full package or it’s only an addon ?
i asked because i’m very low on download,it will take days for me 🙂
when i searched for stellaris, in the list below i can also see :
stellaris galaxy edition V3.7.4GOG with picture of stellaris first contact, seems to be also an addon but repack with the game ? Because someone in description says like 15 addons included.

No DLCs
paste the 3 file of RUNE folder in your installation folder
hi guys thanks for you help, i download only this one file 15Go ish and it included game with something like 15dlc. So it’s great, all hings works fine ! (even if i had to download DirectX9 for ” d3dx9_43.dll not founded” issues. BUUUUUT i can’t changed language from English to french !
I’m used to do it often so i opened “steam_emu” file and change english by french on line : “Language=french”, saved it, but still launched in english !
There is no menu for changing language in game, and unfortunately, even if i understand english, it’s not easy game from playing other language… my game folder seems to have “french localisation” and also 10 others language so i don’t understand why it can’t works.
Hello. Does anyone know how to change the language? I tried editing the .ini file, and also changing the English and Spanish directories but it doesn’t change the language. thanks in advance

Hey.
There was a problem with the launcher when the launcher was detected through dowser.exe, a launch error (null) and it can only be launched through stellaris.exe. Therefore, there is no way to play with mods. I deleted launcher 2 and cleaned folders:
C:/users//AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/
C:/users//AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/
C:/users//AppData/Roaming/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/
I also reinstalled the game, but that doesn’t help.
Please, does anyone know the solution to this problem? After all, playing a game without mods is really boring.
Try to run downser as administrator.
Trojan in setup?
@Venom give admin rights to dowser and update the launcher to beta under the launcher options and the null error will disappear.
i can’t change language
How i install the DLC´s ? i found the folder in DLC but what todo with them ?
Does anyone have an issue with the game not loading and then becoming not responsive? I run it as admin both from the launcher and directly and nothing is working.
Can you post 3.8.2 version for stellaris?
