how to english language? i change my computer region time, language etc. Nothing works

to change language go to foldergame\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv132\Win64
and execute the language selector.exe.
Does this come with the Online Fix? Can I play with a friend that downloads this same version?

@Yomismo antes de abrir el juego prueba abrir DS4 windows y con eso debería andar bien, mis juegos andan bien con dicho programa y otros juegos reconocen al dualshock 4 sin necesidad del programa.
