I think its ardimable and long overdue that the trans and queer issues be discussed , something that doesn’t occur often enough, even within our own community. In addition it’s great to see familiar faces creating art, and providing entertainment while simultaneously addressing relevant issues. Kudos!

“Relevant issues”. Like games aren’t discussing anything of relevance unless it’s about something the LGBTQ community can identify with.
Yes Trans and queers have plenty of issues. Leave them out of games.
