I’ve read several users complaining about the performance on high-end computers (i7s with geforce gtx 980). Hope it works well.
How much money did these guys waste on Denuvo. Money that could have gone to making their game better. Money that could have gone to hiring more people so the game didnt run as bad on PC. What are these guys even thinking.

For ISdone.dll error: Extract the ISO first, then run setup. I can’t get the game to run though. Which directory do I put the codex.nfo in?

You have to copy the content of the CODEX folder into the game folder otherwise it won’t work !
Uninteresting game. But it’s cute.
This is an option which helped me with FATAL ERROR, you can try if it is working on your PC:
Right click on RiME in steam, go to properties, set launch options, enter “-windowed” without quotes, save settings.
