     Google is your friend, Daniel, it’s way easier to see it done than it is to explain it using nothing but words without picture or video. I’ve tried before, it can take hours with someone who’s never done it before. You need to see it done just once. After that you’ll understand.

   If it’s a Sega CD game, why wouldn’t you just emulate it for free?

     It’s not for Sega CD, those games are form Arcade, PlayStation 1 and Sega Saturn, and yes, emulating them is better than this port, I use Retroarch.
