Windows 8 and 10 working fine.
I think it has something to do with reloaded new cracks being not compatible with windows 10, also steam_api.ini file looks strange in notepad.

If u guys are having problem with 0xc0000142 probably your anitivurs or windows defenders deletes ur steam ap.dll so u need to disable ur antivirus , and redownload steamapi.dll

Everything is fine for me i got the 1.04 update but Data Pack 3.0 is not Included or what…cuz after i extracted everything and cracked the game i got only the 1.04 update nothing more

Always execute pes2016.exe with administrator privileges to avoid error (0x00000142)
I took the risk despite all your comments.
I use Windows 10 64Bits, apply the patch on a previsous 1.03 installation, copy the crack and run as admin => No problem for me, all work fine

Someone should inform Reloaded about the crack isn’t working on Windows 7..
It works just fine on Windows 8 and Window 10, So please stop telling people to run as administrator or turn off antivirus, this is all crap, it just doesn’t work on Windows 7, so If you can get it to work on Windows 7 tell us how, id you don’t have Windows 7 stop tell us what any newbie would do.
Nevermind. I updated my PC to Windows 10, and now works. Sorry for the rude comment that I have put before.
If you haven’t found out yet error 0xc0000142 happens due to the reloaded crack not being compatible with Windows 7 and there’s no fix, believe me I’ve tried everything for a whole afternoon! You will either have to Install Windows 8, 10 or hope reloaded releases a crack for Windows 7 🙁
The game is some how enhanced in the graphical features but controls won’t respond in time and after you push a button on keyboard sometimes it has delays to function!
Is there gonna be another fix for this update?cause the way i see it, it is useless!

If you´re having problems with the crack, just download the online crack by REVOLT. But you need to be logged into your Steam account to work.

instal the crack after instaling the Update (skidrow)

I just reintall a 1.0 game version , install 1.4 version and copy 3dm crack.

Install any version 1.0/2/3, update to 1.04 (skidrow) copy the 3DM crack, run as admin.
the best solution is to disable ur antivirus and re install the pes 2016 it will work like magic

i am going crazy here, i have downloaded pro evo 2016 and 2017, these are the only games i have issues with, have tried about 20 from skidrow with no issues, but every thing it loads up fine then with 2016 it says establish connextion and closes, and 2017 closes about the same time. I have windows 10, all antivirus disabled when install and playing, tried running in compatability mode and as administrator and with internet disconnected, i have fine pc spec and all direct x and all other software required installed, what is it? please help
