   Dropping contents of “crack” folder into the game directory doesn’t seem to stop the game from opening steam with the “no licenses” error. Anyone else having this problem?

   Just replace steam_api64.dll with the same file from one of your cracked games, the game will start properly.

   Put all the crack file in installed folder

   C:\CHRONOS Releases\Prison City

   and start playing.

    Copy and paste “steam_api64.dll” from another game. Then the game will run.

    Everyone who cannot run this game: Take the advice given by Saziri. Copy/paste the ‘steam_api64.dll’ file from any other cracked game in your collection into Prison City’s root folder. The game WILL start.
