   isn’t working – The game won’t load up / or sends you to steam and writes that needs a license.

   @V.I.L sorry for not responding earlier, yeah starnge one this firstly it would not open, ie mount with my usual tool (daemon tools lite) so i needed to extract it with WInnRAR, then after this i had o agree to some T&C once i did that it began extracting and uncompacting as the actual game is more like 10gb not 3.5, …
   So then i was looking for the crack file but there wasn’t one was i decided this won’t workm but tried it anyway, and it loaded up without a problen but i still don’t understand how the crack was added..

   I found how to launch another version of game. May be this version also extract this file “SmartSteamLoader_x64.exe”. Launch game via this file. Working. Not yet tested for long play.

   To change language (It should be IN game files)

   I got SmartSteamLoader_x64 and steamclient64.dll from old Version,it can be run.
   but it can’t change language,maybe need a language pack? 🙁

     Yes indeed you need the French pack and the data file and with its _start.exe file otherwise it doesn’t work with another

      There are no “french language” text files. Language can be changed via steamemu global settings pressing Shift+Tab in game. I found it while was looking for hotkey to change Window from Full Screen.

    Press Shift+Tab to change language in emulator settings. But once again, language files should be implemented in game. And it change globally. Also there will be all settings that can be changed. But: Alt+Tab doesn’t change full screen/Windows, only via settings in game.

    Electricity bug still exist.

    As soon as you improve economy in country, recover economy, make balance + – electricity bug appear, workforce bug appear, oil/gas bug appear.
    This bug was at GPS2, not fixed at GPS3, and not yet fixed at GPS4. All not fixed GPS2 bugs, stayed at GPS3 – still not fixed.
