Could you get the 1.01 hotfix update? The game is broken right now, there’s a story mission called “Game Tester” that doesn’t trigger so you’re not able to beat the game with this version. But the 1.01 hotfix update fixes it. Thanks

Er, so the Iast hotfix didn’t fully fix the
Game Tester errand (just the intro),
and managed to break Going POSTAL
Challenges. So now we’re hotfixing
the hotfix .
At least we got the game build version number updated this time. Game dev is hard.
We did fix a couple crashes, so give us a slow clap – we need the encouragement.

Actually yes it’s what the other commenter said, upload the 1.02 patch. The 1.01 and 1.00 versions are still broken, you can’t beat the game because the mission called Game Tester doesn’t trigger.

Game is unplayable too many bugs gliches i recommend waiting
Game installs to difference location than the patches. Changed game install directory to match patch directory and get several errors with read only files. Steam,ini file etc.. when trying to patch.
to apply patches. Remove read only from all the files inside the C:\Games\POSTAL 4\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv147\Win64 folder. Apply patch after and should work.
As soon as I begin the installation of the game. the installer crashes. “Error installing”.
Anyone with the same problem? Any ideas?

Hyperstrange should have made Postal 4. Because ‘Postal: Brain Damaged’ runs flawlessly.
This game still runs like snailpoop even after the patch. Why did he other guys from Hyperstrange a very good job with ‘Postal:Brain Damaged’ while the alleged ‘real’ new Postal game sucks big time?
