Sadly not working. It asks for some gameinfo.txt file in the hl2 folder at launch.
Ok, found a workaround. Follow the instructions from Tcheco here on a previous skidrow post abou the game. https://www.skidrowreloaded.com/portal-with-rtx-build-11007418/
You have to activate the developer console at he bottom of the keysettings tab by pressing on advanced.
