complete waste of fucking time this is,there are no “english” files,choosing english just gives you chinese or something.
german ,italian and french works,so evident these hackers dont like english for some reason,,,fuck em.
Hello, I was able to solve the problem. OpenSearchSettings.oos as notepad look for 0 change the 0 to 1 and your game will be translated into your language that you put here worked.
I can’t find OpenSearchSettings.oos like DarkKnight above mentioned, but I found that in SteamConfig.ini it is already set to english. Unfortunately, everything in the game is some kind of asian characters (korean?), but I can successfully switch to french, spanish, or dutch, and everything seems to be working. However, when switching back to “english” it goes back to those asian characters again.
I tried to follow what DarkKnight said and it does work, but it has a lot of problems, it seems like it’s loading the name of the objects in some parts instead of the actual text. For example, the 2 buttons that show on startup should say “Confirm” and “Close” or something like that and it says “General_Confirm” and “General_Close” so it’s something to keep in mind.
If you don’t find the OptionSettings.oos file it’s because it wasn’t yet created, you need to open the game with the asian characters, find the settings, change something and apply, that will create the file. After that open the file and change the value of to 5 or above (the game only has 4 languages so anything above that will default to English)
Thank you! after creating a character and changing the settings in the game, that file did in fact appear! I changed the language and spoken language in the file each to 5 and now it looks like the game is mostly in english! Thank you very much!
