Same , steam_api64.dll is corrupted
\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv157\Win64\steam_api64.dll is corrupted somehow.
Could someone upload a previous version of it?
Using previous version of the file don’t work either, suspect its something else
