No, the dlc isnt in this release.
READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW TO ACCESS DLC.
-Go to where your games installed
-Move Steam_emu to desktop
-Double click Steam_emu
-Scroll down until you see DLC
-Where it says DLCUnlockall=0 <—-change that 0 to a 1
-Save. Then move Steam_emu back into where your game is installed.
-Run game.

it dosnt come with the dlc’s , and for me im having 21-20 fps in the cinematics (the game is cap at 30) this cause a audio malfunction. also it seems that the AMD panel dosnt affect at all this game.
my pc :
FX-4300 stock
R9 290 oc
8 GB ram 1600 mhz
Edit: It does have the DLC’s just change the DLCUnlockall=0 to 1 in the steam_emu.ini
unlock dlc open steam_emu.ini search dlcunlockall=0 change 0 to 1

Hi, Game crashes after the summary video is played then when it shows the title of the first level it crashes right after that. Yes i have followed instructions including putting steam in offline mode and changing the steam_emu options, etc. What can be the problem?

Okay guys who can’t use controller in game download this: http://www.x360ce.com/ and put it in One Piece folder,you’ll need x64 version.After that just configure controls as you like and play the game :).If it still doesn’t work run as administrator and if it still doesn’t work go to Game Settings tab (in x360ce of course) Click add and find game manually.Now it should work 100% .Enjoy everyone 🙂

for those who had memory allocation failed, i think it does’nt work for 2gb ram i am using an apu processor in my case when i try to force igpu to 2gb eror pop up (using 2gb Igpu+ 2gb ram). i changed to 1gb igpu on my bios the game work for me. but still it’s very laggy and not playable for me 😀

Those who has Error 0xc0000142..i found a solution…but you must have WWEk16(with that game,files i test the solution) delete for one piece the files steam.api64,steam.api64.dll and add the same files for WWEk16 game..next copy for WWE2k16 the file steam_api to your desktop.next open steam_emu for one piece game make copy all the content,exit from the file and delete it..next go to steam_api on the desktop open it delete the content and paste the content of steam_emu that told you to copy before..save the file,exit,paste it to one piece folder and..

@ Chandra if you read what skidrow,others have posted go into folder you installed said game open steam_Em go to were it says DLC and put 1 instead of 0. But if anyone knows how to fix the cutscene problems, it seems one peice dont have the videos set with audio so it lags the cut secnes
