P.S, I HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED STORM 4 AND AM ABLE TO PLAY PERFECTLY.
For low FPS, open “config” and set FPS to “0”. Works for me.
For controls use x360ce (64 bits) and change “xinput1_3.dll” to “xinput9_1_0.dll”.

This a great game but a HORRIBLE PC port. You can’t even change the controls without using a 3rd party software or fiddling with an INI file. I HATE lazy PC ports. At least change the XBOX buttons to whatever button you map it on your keyboard. Oh, AND LET US REMAP BUTTONS, FOOLS!
i have been having some problems with the sound with ninja storm 4 but it runs well..but this one even in low settings it still lag a lot…

İf u have a problem from lag u should go to files of the game and open config.ini. Find Motion Blur , and change its number to 0. İ uploaded my config file download it and paste to your game files:
