The comments are hilarious. Especially Jo’s. The ignorance in his is baffling. A MORAL pirate. That’s funny. Pedophilia aside, all the characters are probably older than 13 or 18. 13 is the legal age of consent in Japan so that explains why these kids look like they’re 7.
That aside, the paid DLC doesn’t seem to be activating. They’re asking for DLC IDs in the steam_api config file and the MugenSouls config file has the DLC Enabled as 1. So I don’t know what I can do to activate the rest of the DLC.
So, best wait for someone to figure this little thing out.

Hi guys, I keep getting an error when I try to play, it says “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000009a).” plus my anti virus keeps saying that the steam_api.dll is a virus. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much in advance 🙂

the paid dlc come out for the PC on october 27 not on october 22 with the game that’s why you can only get some dlc activaded and not all of them
@ayamari …. Turn off your antivirus and make sure it has not deleted any of the files … once you do that start the game , the anrivirus detects cracks as viruses and mostly quarantines them

2. stop your antivirus for minimum number of time (1 min or 5 min)
3. copy the crack to game folder location (overwrite the original)
4. play the game
