The previous version starts normally, but does not save … 1.5.0 does not open, white screen freezing, fix ….

Last time the torrent wouldnt save but for some or other reason the links save work no prob i dont get it, seems the torrent uploads are incomplete

anyone can explain how instalation of this works? Or is this another one where launcher won’t be working
I appreciate the uploads but can we go back to the normal Iso files? The 1.4.3 version kept crashing saying it was missing files or something. That was a problem with the download not the game.

Guys, if u have problems launching the game, right click on bannerlord folder, properties, uncheck “only read” option, after couple minutes right click bannerlord.exe in bin-win64_shipping folder and chechk the “unblock” option, do that on bannerlord.exe, bannerlord.native, bannerlord_BE and bannerlord launcher, hope it helps, worked for me

Guys try unblock files in powershell(or if ur insane u can manually click each bin but i do not recommend easier to find right unlock command in ps) then check in properties on random bin file if still blocked if not it should save normally now. Had same problem with saves in prev version also only launch with launcher dont use native. If u still have problem its most likely antiv add exeption or disable it. Hope it helps some1.
Game only launches from Native, and it only creates .tmp files upon saving.
.sav files nowhere in sight, aka no way to play when you literally “cannot create save file”.
cut your losses and wait until the devs get their shit together. This game took 7 years to make.

ok guys it actually works tested on this version.
1.click properties on folder of the Mount.&.Blade.II.Bannerlord.Steam.Rip-InsaneRamZes
2.click on read only to disable it (windows 10 users)
3.go into powershell in admin mode
4. type in Get-ChildItem -Path ‘C:\Users\(your user name)\Downloads\Mount.&.Blade.II.Bannerlord.Steam.Rip-InsaneRamZes’ -Recurse | Unblock-File
if u have diff directory type in that.
5. do crack as others mentioned in this or prev version.
6. Dont write saving doesnt work couse it does u just have to do what i wrote.

I mean the game works fine by it self but it wont load no matter what i do.
The only thing i missed is your step 5 cuz it was already cracked so it wont change anything.
RUN game as an administrator and it will run just fine,
But can someone help me with the lag, altrough my back of the laptop keeps heating when playing he campaign and the games freezez as fuck , any solution, ps : my laptop is kinda strong .

you also have to launch from launcher if u start from native you will have load issues atleast i did.

save problems are to do with permissions I think,
Find where your savegames are placed, for me was c:\Users\Mung\Documents\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\
I deleted any old save files
then used powershell to change permissions by typing:
Get-ChildItem -Path ‘c:\users\mung\documents\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord’ -Recurse | Unblock-File
Seconded about Save issues.
Unfortunately, the game does not want to run from Launcher (just doesn’t start), just from Native.
Tried Mung’s workaround, doesn’t work for me.
Older version I had before had no similar problems.
Ideas?

hello guys ,,,will this game work on pc core i5 M540 RAM 4
i tried every solution but still saves doesnt work, i guess we need to w8 for new patch.
So I have finally solved “saving issue” after about 5 hours and all workarounds
There are couple of rules and things all people around internet agree on
— you never start game via Native exe file, always use launcher
— Native exe file always causes saving issue and cannot be fixed, all workarounds are provided for same issue via launcher
— if you cannot run Launcher, you need to focus on that issue (restarting PC, updating drivers, reinstall game, blocked launcher in by antivirus/folder protection)
For me, launcher became working again when I moved game on C:\ (same drive as Documents and OS). I dont know why but I had similar issue with some other games in past that they ran only installed on C drive

Restarted PC, Updated Drivers, Reinstalled, Turned off Anti-Virus, Launcher still will not start. Tried moving it into the same documents to no avail. Saving is broken. Goodluck.
GUYS IF SAVING DOES NOT WORK
1.) DO WHAT USER Anon SAID
2.) DO WHAT USER Yasuo666 SAID
3.) LAUNCH LAUNCHER AS ADMIN
4.) the game should actually open now, if you only do what Anon said, when you press play nothing will happen. Do what Yasuo666 said so that the game opens from the launcher. Saving should work now.
IT WORKED!!! After an hour of reading the comments here this is what worked for me.
1.) Right click on game folder and disable read-only.
2.) Open PowerShell (Run as Administrator) and unblock game save file location. ex.
C:\Users\LJMercs\Documents\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord’ -Recurse | Unblock-File
3.) Use PowerShell again to unblock game directory folder. ex.
Get-ChildItem -Path ‘E:\Games\Mount.&.Blade.II.Bannerlord.Steam.Rip-InsaneRamZes’ -Recurse | Unblock-File
4.) Run “Bannerlord_BE” as Administrator. Voila!
This is what worked for me, as long as you can run the launcher, everything will be fine. Cheers!

so i can start the game from native but not from .exe or launcher, then again native doesnt save!!!! i followed all comments n tried everything Yasuo666 n the others prescribed. any other ideas??
In case anyone still wondering for a “failed to create save files” fix, i just had to change the folder propreties and uncheck “read only” and it worked.
just right click on the main folder Mount & Blade II Bannerlord, properties and uncheck “read only”

Those who are bitching about this, the original buyable game is still in early access as well. If you dont know that then sucks to be you. buy the game so you wont get a buggy game and get future updates automatically. idiots
