There’s a DLC that’s not enabled by default
I’m not sure whether I fixed it by adding ‘1836010=Monark – Bonus DLC’ above the other two or if I did it by changing DLCUnlockall=1 from 0 to 1, but you get some more outfits and vessels

You need the apply the crack. Or when installing, check the “Copy contents from codex folder to instalation folder” checkbox.
