Installed it on Windows 8.1. Works perfectly fine. If there is screen flickering, go to the game folder and then open the settings.ini file. And then edit the fullscreen value to false. Then it will run the game in windowed mode and you can change the settings later on as per your resolution.

Btw, for all those with missing files and stuff. Make sure you temporariry disable your Antivirus Protection before you click “Install”. Because thats how files get missing.
Also, very rare, however I would disable the protection even during the torrent download. Even there files can get missing, before you know it you have an incomplete download.
Update the latest software including directx, c++ runtime, and game framework (required for all games). In addition to updating your graphics components.
Last thing, before you run the game, make sure to add the game shortcut to your windows firewall.
Do these steps for every game, you should be fine!

to fix error isdone.dll & unarc.dll in any game follow below steps :
If you download torrent open program torrent right click on game make manual hash check * wait to finish 100% success
You must have a free space on drive C equal or more than game size even you will not install on drive C
Download file (isdone.dll & unarc.dll) than extract to
C:\windows\system32 & C:\windows\syswow64
Disable antivirus during installation
**At the command prompt, enter regsvr32 unarc.dll, press Enter and reboot the computer
Right click on game setup file RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
