The fix is to buy the fucking game you cheap asses, you have the capability to play the game but you can’t buy the game? Cheap asses, loose asses, your guts fall through.

Installed update only and now almost an hour stuck in “finishing installation, this may take several minutes”.
I think an hour is more than enough.
Let it finish, same thing happened to me. Just let it finish, it looks like it’s stuck but isn’t. It’ll take a while at that last step ‘finishing installation’

Go Into graphics, settings change from full-screen to windowed full-screen, vsyn off, everything set to low. Turn on amd fsr and set it to performance, 50% rendering scale.
Let me know if that helps. You can probably get 30fps on low eveyrhing with far turned on and set on performance. 1660ti should be able to run it.
