game freezes on loading screen, but i can hear the sounds of game. any help please?

It’s an early access game it could possible be a bug in the game.
My character still looking on floor.!!
Things to know: 1) The intro is BLANK with sound of a narrator (you might even see the text) that is ok. BE PATIENT and you will load into the house at the front door and the game runs fine after wards.
2) For those of you in EUROPE using AZERTY or those wanting to change any keys go to the games folder – Layer of fear data (folder) – cfg (folder) – keyboardsettings (XML file) and open this with WORd if you want… read the code, it is easy: “Move forward” and then it has a letter on your keyboard assigned, you can change it to whatever you want as well as other keys…Save, close, run game. ENJOY!
the game is freezes on loading screen but the music is play please help me if u can
