Just one issue with this one, and I’ll look like an idiot for asking, but I can get the game to launch, but all it does it ask me for my EA account information. If I connect to the internet, it says the info doesn’t match the info for this copy of the game.
I have pasted the contents of the SKIDROW directory to the install directory, and tried using both the .exe and the launcher to run the game. It does this no matter what I’ve tried, so I MUST be missing something obvious.

I need help with this, i play on a asus laptop and recently updated to win 10, this game crashes after being open for a about ten minutes.
And that is why I’m still on Win7 and only upgrade when I absolutely must. Until DirectX 13 or whatever actually requires Win10 I don’t see a need to upgrade. Only reason I upped from XP after 12 years was because I got tired of being limited to 4GB ram (newer games actually require more and won’t work on XP). I figure most bugs will be gone when I get 10 in 2017 or so on my next PC.
@Jcn Welcome to windows 10, if windows 7 works fine why the hell would you take windows 10? Don’t you think there is a reason Microsoft is giving those away? lol

Hey having a compilation of errors. I followed the instructions and also tried redownloading this game various times with a complete uninstallation. First time around it kept doing what afew people had earlier posted, driving me directly to that ridiculous purchase from steam webpage. After properly applying the crack, now the game tells me “APPID is not configured.” Finally, when attempting to open the game from the SKIDROW LAUNCHER directly, I get a series of 3 error messages. All of which state the following files fmodex.dll, binkw32.dll and fmod_event.dll are all missing from my computer. When attempting an installation it also states these 3 files are “READ ONLY” from how the system recognizes them, yet when attempting to configure these 3 via properties and advanced options they clearly DO NOT read as “read only” files. Any ideas.
I know it’s been a while guys, but can someone seed please? Estimated time of completion is 3y – infinity with 0,0 – 0,3kb/s, It would be nice if someone helped 😡 Thanks in advance

As for those that are asked for an EA account, simply close the prompt by pressing the x at the upper right side. That worked on me.

lucky you guys i have one of the first uploads of this still working. lol. LEt me just say its a GREAT and incredibly long, weel thought out and massive game with many many many storyline options along the way. although a bit script heavy like Skyrim. there are many parts with freeze to blue screens if you dont have a beasty computer. and even so it still may freeze. Much like skyrim, save files may continue to build memory until the cache is too big for some computers’ ram to handle. I myself have a first gen asus G series which has continued to surprise me with unequaled gaming pleasure for most games. dual hybrid hard drives may be out of date but the stock video card was a prototype radeon with open gl processing capabilities and hardware acceleration. This being one of the first of its kind, it didnt come with hardwired parameters for supported formats which allows me to play most games even released today with some minor glitches that can be overwritten at whim. Dual hybrid drives allow for a good mix of storage and maliable memory so that caches may be altered as the game progresses. this game got me interested in skyrim, but, to be honest skyrim wasnt nearly as fun.
