Hey what Alex told us worked for me.
Open the game the first time until you get the white screen and let it be
ALT+TAB
Open the game again and you will reach the main menu
ALT+TAB to the white screen then F4 to close it.
Go back to the other window and enjoy.

The game will not launch for me regardless of what I try to do.
when i leave the first game and open another one, it says kw.exe has stopped working.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? The game, will not launch. I have set it to win xp sp2, ran as admin.. I have no idea what else I should be doing..??
That’s why i stick to windows 7 because all the games work for me new or old:)
