Whats with all the stupid releases? The Sims Perfect Patio is the most requested game right now. If I ran this group, it’d be my main focus right now. It’s what the people want. Doesn´t work. When i try to open it, crashes. Maybe drivers problem? Have no time to check now, will update when i can confirm.
Download failed at 99%. When restarted, keeps downloading for 20 secs and fails again. Cannot open the .zip file as WinRAR says it’s damaged. So annoying, cannot play it. Help.

To start the game you need to install the game to steam/steamapps/common then login with a new steam account so you won’t get banned.This method is working for me
and for the MSVCR120.DLL problem i deleted everything about the game and reinstalled it.

The first look, I think this game will be like skyrim which display visible players. but after I tried it turns out players are not visible and I was disappointed with it. even though I have been looking forward to this game but I was disappointed with the look of the players that are not visible and there is no choice of characters in play
