“Failed to start exe (Ini)!” when i try to launch LumaGameLauncher_x64.exe… the game worked fine yesterday but now i’m unable to get it up and running, any reason why?

there isn’t a story dlc. it is only game
can anyone explain why it only works in italian? gone onto localization and deleted everything apart from english files and then no menu comes up…
