Why doesn’t it let me install this game? I unarchived the thing, but It doesn’t do anything when I click on the .exe

I installed, i try it and now im playing, i was able to save the game, quit it and back to my previous game.

Aidenfrostz it still doesn’t work. No matter what compatibility settings its on, it won’t work. I’m not sure what to do at this point because it doesn’t even launch. I’m running windows 8.1 64 bit, and my laptop is very new, so it has nothing to do with it.

The save files is still in the regedit.
I try to open the game but the game crashed. Crash report file stated a long report which I cant understand but I will give some of the understandable report:
