  I am the dev of this game and German real flag with the Swastika is a standalone official mod.
  
  I cannot use the Swastika in the real game because Germany doesn’t allow me to.
  
  If the Swastika flag is in the base game, then the game cannot be sold in Austria/Germany.
  
  I’m just following the law.
