how to enable DX 12 ?
1 Right-click on Desktop.
2 Navigate to New, then select Shortcut
3 Paste this text (make sure to edit this according to your path)
“C:\YOUR\PATH\TO\UE4-Win64-Shipping.exe” UnrealTournament -dx12
3.2 Or Right clic on Win64 shipping.exe and copy path after add UnrealTournament -dx12
Hit Next.
4 Set the name to whatever you like and then hit Finish.
5 Launch the shortcut and enjoy the game in DirectX 12.
