the game stuck on loading screen , please help

It doesen’t work for me, it says Unhandle exception, game crashed, minidump.dmp saved, “Try again” to save full dump. (large file, long time to save) “Continue” to open dump in VS (Presso F5 in VS to see callstack). nothing works, i tried to reinstall again the game but it doesen’t work, and i can’t even press the “try again”, “continue”, and “cancel” options, dunno what to do :/
