   For what it is worth, this has new maps and quality of life tweaks. Honestly though, if you are downloading this again for the 3rd time in as many months, you are an addict, go ask Santa to bring you a Steam card.

   Alas, I’m currently having a problem.
   The game launcher keeps crashing after 1-3 seconds. I tried starting the game with the Freeman Guerrilla Warfare.exe that’s located in “Freeman Guerrilla Warfare/Freeman Guerrilla Warfare/”, but the controls seem to fail there, as I cannot click most of the things that are supposed to be clickable and the game version appears to be 0.941. Plus, there’s some Chinese text here and there, despite my language being set to ENGLISH.
   Is there a good man out there willing to help this poor fellow?

   lmao this game is like a gun mod for Warband. I wouldn’t be surprised, if the authors got sued by the TaleWorlds Entertainment, since this game looks and plays way too like M&B.

   Same problem with Sir Lancelot
   Game shows up in process after a few seconds and closes.

   I hope my time downloading and seeding at the same time isn’t wasted

    If you *really* want to play the game there is “a way”. You need to edit the config file(I think it was .json type) that’s located in the same folder as the game .exe. I’ve already deleted the game, so I cannot type it’s sure location, but if I remember correctly, it’s located in the same folder as startFGW.exe.
    Just type the required screen resolution there and whatever else you need, save it(I suggest creating a backup copy before you start editing anything, just in a case you mess something up) and after you start the launcher, just quickly press the play button before it crashes. The game will work just fine.

    I can confirm, this doesn’t work at all
    as sir lancolet said the only way to play is to click play before you get crash error is just ridicoulous as as soon as you launch game you get crash error before you see play button…
    Don’t bother donwloading as you just gonna waste your time. shame as this is great game, but this one unfortunately doesn’t work :/

    Doesn’t work. Crash and chinese language on startup. Any fixes for this? Tried edditing to change resolution but doesnt help.

    for those who really want to play this game:
    1. download this version as usual, but it will not work
    2. go to pirate bay and download v.1.33
    3. this will update your game and also will make it work. I have played it now about 3 days didn’t crash once
    4. make sure you download this version “codex” not gog, haven’t tried gog if it works, but on pirate bay you get 1.33 patch version
