Ok,you make really good job and I thank u for all your work for us but, why cracking FH 5 now ? It(ll get a lot of updates and DLC later ! So,in my opinion,it’s useless to crack it now.
You should focus on FH3.It’s a really good game but impossible to find a complete game working now with a good crack and with all DLC and updates.

Does anyone know why the games crashes right at the beginning? At first, I had the xinput1_3.dll error which I fixed by updating the DirectX files, and then the game starts for a few seconds and crashes. I’m running windows 11. Thanks!
Same problem as the Goldberg version, I open the executable and it appears in the Task Manager but it doesn’t open the game. I’m starting to think it’s a problem with the game itself, they’re reporting similar things on the Microsoft Store.

Game is working fine on start up and can get through the 4 cars now at the first. But after i get the Hoonigan car at the first, i come into a never ending loading screen.
Alt+F4’d, Reopened the game and it saved, so didn’t lose any progress as of it.
Make sure you all unblock the new crack and run as admin when running game.

Go to the first forza upload there is a guy who link a file if you have crash it works for me after that file rar file named Forza_5_Goldberg_emu and he have steps how to start the game etc just to slow cpu/usb drive so i cont play it but dont crash after that fix

So i had like 3293 problemas and tested 34349 fixes and finallly got it to work, works like a chark and its a beast in ultra getting 110fps . and my pc is not a beast by any means.
fixes that worked. for the stuck and CTD on spash screen i uninstalled the antivirus (uninstalled , not turn off, mine was avg)
then when i got it to work i got controller disconnected in my case it was my flight stick which i unplugged and now i have no more troubles. hope this works for you since everything else didnt for me

I Hope CrackFix will be out soon. I have the crash issue at launch as same as others. Everything is updated Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2022, NVIDIA, Windows 10 20H2, and DirectX 12. I even uninstalled Bitdefender to try if it works but also had no luck. I have i7-8700k pairs with GTX 1080ti. I don’t know how most of you guys make it to work. Is there anything solution to try? IF THE GAME CRASH AFTER THE CRACK FIX, just close your antivirus on task manager and the game will work normally. For me worked 100%

1st time commenting here just to say this release is buttery smooth, no lag, no stutter, no error, no problem whatsoever. specs for comparison. default setting is extreme and no overheating, no fan revving and no pump speeding at all.

I even quit from game after 1 and a half hour just to check if it had any saves problem, and it didnt.
I believe any problem came from your hardware or software or both, this release didnt have any problem (so far as Im going 2 hours into this game)

I am experiencing strange issue, game ran well through intro but when I finished first showcase during the loading scene it crashes (hard crash) it shuts my PC down.
P.S It happens during any cutscene and game runs flawlessly during gameplay.
Running on rx5700xt on a 144hz monitor.
Hope someone had has a fix for this issue.

@FamasPoil Kaspersky (one of the most aggressive AV+FW applications out there) is not detecting anything harmful about that .dll file. It is safe.
Regardless of this information, never deactivate your AV system. “It is a false positive”, no one cares. If you get infected, because the file was malicious, then it is on you.
Trust is good (disabling AV), control is better (leaving the damn thing running!).

If you are still having crash issue at launch, do this. I still had Bitdefender on my system, lied about uninstalling on the previous comment. But the problem is actually from antivirus software. Yesterday I completely disabled Bitdefender Total Security and the game worked, turned out I didn’t disable Bitdefender all the way off, missed one. For whoever is using Bitdefender, you have to disable “Bitdefender Shield” in “Antivirus” and “Advanced Threat Defense” in “Advanced Threat Defense” (this one is the one I missed). Hope this helps some of you guys and girls. Enjoy your game. 😊
Game works absolutely fine. Had fbs drop in between and few crash because of windows antivirus was turned on. So remember to turn off antivirus before starting the game and you are good to go.

The game is marvellous, I like it a lot. It seems to be smoother than Forza 4. I think I’ll buy it during the winter sales or something. For those who have problems with crashes, it’s recommended that you disable your antivirus while playing. I’m using ESET and I turn on the gaming mode so it disables something which allows me to play it without any problems. Cheers!

@Questiob: No, it’s SAFE, that DLL that make your game cracked and can be played without need of steam. Game use XLive Protection (Microsoft). obviously Windows Defender or Anti Virus will try to block it as trojan/virus. Try exclude that file from Scan, or disable your AV/Windows Defender first then add that dll file as exclude from scan, reactive ur antivirus.

Alright, somehow I crashed after the tutorial without any reason and the benchmark preset my setting to high. It keep crashing whenever I click continue on the main menu, turn av off, crack replaced, etc. After doing some trial n error, the culprit is actually ray tracing quality. I turn that shet off, and it stop crashing and I can play the game now. Sharing here, just in case someone have the same problem with me.

I’ve tried both the Goldberg and empress versions of Forza Horizon 5. The Goldberg version of the game was good until I started to face problems like crashes during racing or freeroam. So I tried the Empress version by reinstalling the game yesterday lucky for me the game continued from where I last played in the other version. The game runs smoothly, with no lag, it’s perfect. Unfortunately today I found out the game didn’t save anything, whatever I played since yesterday (millions of game credits, custom upgraded and tuned setting, wheelspin gifts) everything is gone.
