Ahoy! Fix for crash, just insall and run any shit game from microsoft store. Worked for me.
So the game works fine but when i try and access both dlc it says content is locked due to parents controls. I have changed my settings for privacy and this shit still comes up wtf! Does anyone else have this issue?
Just play a few races and eventually you see Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels on your map. When you drive there you can acces it.
So its supposed to say parental lock for content then?

the game runs fine, give a few crashes from time to time, all DLC is unlocked after a few races + Hot Wheels and Blizzard Mountain, and Treasure Map, help to see all the challenges
Hey CYBERz , I have the same problem. I have unlocked 3 festival sites , yet i can’t seem to find a single bot to race with. They only appear in races.i have a first drivatar for lineup but there’s not even a single clue to find the second drivatar for lineup. Also I’ve played FH3 from Elamigos . I installed the updates upto the last AIO update ver 2 that contains many cars from porche and all cars from hotwheels too. I can access Blizzard mountain in that but not the hotwheels thrilltopia. So Here’s the problem :
Not much of the cars of porche
No bots to race with head to head races
No Horizon edition cars to buy (I don’t know if thats available , but it was in Elamigos)
White flash screen before the Intro song (where centanario video starts in Intro)

This repack is broken, you must be super lucky if you get it working because for 90% it crashes on startup and fuck everyone who says “you should read instructions first blah blah blah”, well genius, everyone did and it’s not their problem if repack is not well made.If it doesn’t work i’m pretty sure it’s good to let (whoever made this) know of problems, so they can fix these problems or avoid those mistakes next time.

The game is working, played the first helicopter race, all good but the first head to head race the driver isn’t showing up. Why? I don’t know.
I’ve downloaded both codex and fitgirl’s repack . NONE work for me for some stupid reason. Wasted my entire day downloading and extracting for nothing . Codex’s version , the installer gets stuck at extracting the last file and just stays there for all eternity . Fitgirl’s repack version was faster to download as it was a repack , but jesus christ , it took FOREVER to unpack and extract . 4 hours , and when it was finishing with only 20 mins left , A FUCKIN ERROR CAME UP SAYING IT FAILED TO EXTRACT SOME BULLSHIT AND CLOSED THE DAMN INSTALLER WHICH MEANS I HAVE TO EXTRACT IT AGAIN AND WAIT ALL THAT TIME AGAIN and GOD KNOWS if that error will come up again . It’s fine if i can play my games while its extracting but it puts SO MUCH LOAD on the god damn system i can’t even play games .

for everyone who crashed on the startup, please update your windows to 1803 version. It wont launch on the version of windows below that (tested on 1703, wont work) also, READ the minimum specs before running this game. it wont run on your shitty system so don’t blame the cracker. 8gb ram isn’t enough to run, if you can run it, probably unplayable.

The purchased game runs MINT on my crappy laptop @ 60 fps .. no issues, no stuttering, no random anything..

It works perfectly for me. I notice that only a few versions of windows are compatible with this game. I am currently using windows 10 1803 with build 17134.1 (don’t forget to disable automatic updates of windows).
However, I have some problems with drivatar’s name but it’s nothing.
If InstallApp.exe is missing after the installation, it means that your anti-virus has deleted it. You have to uninstall and reinstall the game with your antivirus disabled.

Unzip in the game folder and add WinStore.Love.Auth.dll to the exceptions of your antivirus.

Folks, you just need to use another crack. The one published by Komi 5 comments above this one works. Just paste and replace the files to Forza Horizon 3\AppFiles and then run it again. It worked for me
