As for the “No Language Data” error that is because your doing it wrong. You need to have the editor folder side by side the “Football Manager 2015” folder and then it will work normally. The image attached shows exactly what I mean.

Link is broken. File no longer exists. If it worked at all.
I downloaded the editor from here just today and everything works just fine.

***LANGUAGE PROBLEM FIX**
First make sure any anti virus is turned off
simply move the downloaded file to the same place as where FM 15 is. for example…
My Football Manage is in: C:\Users\Jason\Downloads\Football Manager 2015
The Football Manager Editor is in: C:\Users\Jason\Downloads\Football Manager 2015 Editor
Once bother are within the same folder > go to Football Manager 2015 Editor and right click on ‘Editor’ and ‘Run as Administrator’ (takes good 15-30 sec to load)
As long as both folders ‘Football Manager 2015’ and ‘Football Manager 2015 Editor’ are in the same folder it will work.
