Try this,is from previous version
Unzip or unrar Escape.from.Tarkov.v0.13.0.2.21734-P2P.
Then copy folder to a hard disck of your choice,internal sata,ssd,external USB(the fastest you can),creating new folders,use at least 3 folders as this way shows,use these names folders

Copy the folder “fixer” and two files (.reg and .bat) to client folder,beside Aki.launcher and Aki.server
Edit .reg using this path

Try the following
1)Double click “EscapeFromTarkov.reg” and choose YES
2) Run aki.server,wait till green letters are on the screen,don´t close
3)Run aki.launcher create a profile,just type the name you want,change to Edge Of Darkness,don´t click start,don´t close
4)Double click EscapeFromTarkov.bat
5) Click start in aki.launcher

Guys, Tarkov isnt properly installed when you unpack and run the game via the Aki launcher.
You need to trick the launcher to think tarkov is installed. Here the solution:
1. Create a directory folder somewhere on your PC. For simplicity I will call this C:\bypass
2. start regedit
3. navigate to
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
4. Right click on the Uninstall folder and create a new key with the name: EscapeFromTarkov
5. Select the new folder and right click on the right side and create a new string value with the name:
UninstallString
5. Double Click on that new string and enter the value of your bypass directory and an \Uninstall.exe at
the end. Example C:\bypass\Uninstall.exe => this is for the 1st anti-pirate check in the launcher.exe
6. You’re done with regedit, so close it.
7. Download the Uninstall files:

Copy the following files from the “fixer” folder into the bypass directory:
– BattlEye\BEClient_x64.dll
– ConsistencyInfo
– Uninstall.exe
– UnityCrashHandler64.exe
– WinPixEventRuntime.dll
=> These files are needed for the 2nd check during the initial game startup.
Now run the Game normally though the Aki Launcher. The “Tarkov isnt installed” problem should be fixed now.
Don’t forget to jack off in between steps 1000 and step 2000. Holy Crap! I’ll wait for a better setup than this pile of shit!

I succeed in executing a game!
1) Download “Escape-From-TarkovREG.rar” and unrar file.

2) Copy fixer FOLDER and .reg file in the game folder. example: https://imgur.com/a/bA0ggT2
3)Right click EscapeFromTarkov.reg file and edit it. it will have a line of code of a path. set the path to YOU’RE games fixer folder and Uninstall.exe which you placed as step 2. example Mine is “UninstallString”=”C:\\EFT\\fixer\\Uninstall.exe” ( !!! REMEMBER double check if it has a correct path to a fixer folder AND Uninstall.exe !!!) Save it and close
4) Registration: Double clock “EscapeFromTarkov.reg”
5) Install “.NET 6.0 Desktop Runtime (v6.0.14) – Windows x64 Installer”:

me just download from torrent then uncheck Read Only in the file properties. work like charm, no issue at all
