Your anti-virus program has quarantined the file. If you have Windows Security. You need to restore the file.
how to change language
For change language edit OnlineFix.ini, delete the “#” before “language” and change language.
For example :
#language=english –> language=french

Meu bom, eu fiz assim, dentro da pasta do jogo procura o arquivo “steam_emu”, procura a parte de language e escreve “Brazilian”. Fica assim “Language=Brazilian” tudo junto sem espaços. No meu deu certo só fazendo isso.

Find your save files, I found mine in AppData\Roaming\Goldberg SteamEmu Saves\1203620\remote
There are 3 files :
3ad85aea
3ad85aea_info
characters
And paste them in C:\Users\Public\Documents\OnlineFix\1203620\Saves
If you can’t find the folder, create a character and a new world with the new update.
