    there is a version of this game without denuvo on her exe file. Just look for xatab repack and translate it to your language. Or read in Russian if you can (I cannot read in Russian ^^).

    There are reports that the version with exe unprotected will work, so download it on you own and test it.

     Sam2K8 is not a cracking group and this is not a ‘crack’ as such.

     Capcop accidentally released the game on Steam with a DRM free .exe file. They realised their mistake pretty quickly but, this being the internet, it was too late and it was already being shared.

     No DRM means no need to crack so enjoy a DRM free version of the game everyone … seems Capcom is the new cracking group lmao. I bet someone is in SUPERDEEP shit over this!

     btw: in the .ini file you will notice the Codex name cos they distribute this one.

     I’m also having the issue where i launch the executable file and there’s a black screen and then it just shuts down and nothing happens.      game 100% working. I played for about 3 hours. Not my type of game but for people who love this genre its fun. Worked like a charm. Like someone said its deluxe edition so you have bonus content such as extra skin 100k red points to have more skill unlocks. I played on a powerful gtx 1080 and no problems at all.

     I was also having the black screen problem. I was able to resolve this by copying the folder: Devil.May.Cry.5.Deluxe.Edition.SteamRip-InsaneRamZes for the Drice C :. Before it was in the downloads folder and after several attempts, I realized that the problem of preventing the game from opening was in Windows. Once you have copied the crack files to the game folder and the parent folder mentioned above is in the root of the C: drive, then it will work perfectly for you to play.

     For you guys that are having issues with the game CTD, this fix might work for you.

     Go to where you put the game and go to Devil.May.Cry.5.Deluxe.Edition.SteamRip-InsaneRamZes\Devil May Cry 5

     Find the “dmc5config” and open it.

     Edit the line under:

     [Render]

     From TargetPlatform=DirectX12 to TargetPlatform=DirectX11

     That’s it!

     Hey there. I will help you with error api and directx12 to 11.
     First when you have done your download on torrent or whatever. You have to download the crack, and the Crack is under steam link up there. When you got the crack you have to extract it and you will see more files and all you need to do is get all the files copied and then paste it into the your game folder. And there aren’t api error. You can play it easy. However, there some lag on characters talk and gameplay. But it’s OK. All you need is to change your directx12 to directx11 and you can find it on your devil may cry 5 folder. You need to find dmc5config and then open the file and you will see direct12, all you have to do is change it to directx11. And now you can enjoy your time.

     The crack works perfectly, just unzil it with 7-zip,other programs say its damaged. It’s super easy to do.

     The BIG issue for many is the brightness,the game is absolutely unplayable,either way too dark (pitch black) or just gray with brightness turned up, No matter what the game keeps tinkering it,even changing the config file wont wortk since the game resets it over and over again to direct x12.

     Tried everything,when it loads the values are perfect then it insta defaults and starts lowering the bright more and more until you can see anything. Whenever I start the game it defaults the config file AGAIN to direct x12.

     Same happened to me with RE2 remake, unplayabvle on PC.

     On mission 3 in the tunnel area it starts freezing up really bad. I checked task manager and it shows the disk usage is at 100% and the cpu + gpu are at 90-95%. I haven’t had a single issue up until this point, so I don’t see how it could be performance issue… the framerate has been completely smooth. I tried editing the config file to make it directx 11 but it still locks up and freezes in the same tunnel area of Mission 3. I noticed that the music does not play when the enemies appear here either. I also tried lowering the resolution, turning it to window and turned off or down almost all the graphic functions.

     i5 3.0ghz, nvidia 970 4gb, 8 gb ram.

     Is it because of this crack/version? Or something else I can try? Thanks

     so i posted the above problem in mission 3, which it seems others have been having issues with as well. It would start stuttering and freezing in the tunnel area, then after jumping the gap in the stairs up to the part right before the boss it would go to a black screen with the loading icon just going on and on forever… i finally just WAITED like, literally 5+ minutes and it did load the cutscene and continue, but every single time there was a cutscene it did the same thing.

     I have disabled all network functions, ran it in window mode with all graphics options lowered and in a low resolution and i even disconnected my sound card to see if it was an audio issue and disabled my network connection AND antivirus.

     It still freezes.

     I managed to defeat the boss but then it froze after the cutscene and after waiting about 15 minutes i just closed the game. It seems like it is trying to save or something and getting stuck… I would think it was a network issue of some sort or that it’s trying to connect to network but i have that disabled. can’t think what the issue could possibly be but i guess i will just have to wait for an updated version or something… i don’t know, it runs flawless up til this point in mission 3.

     i5 3ghz, nvidia 970, 8gb ram

     alright, i FINALLY got through mission 3… if you are having issues with freezing and black screen during that mission, doing what i did above finally let me get through it. I have no idea if any of this did anything but I finally got through it so if you are having the same issue you might want to try this :

     I lowered every graphic option, disabled wifi, ran in a window at a lower resolution, disabled sound, and disabled antivirus. I also updated my nvidia graphics driver. It would still lock up and freeze during each cutscene for the 2nd half of the mission, but waiting it out for 5+ minutes each time it finally loaded. After i beat the boss the first time it froze and did not seem to be loading (i waited about 15 minutes) but after reloading the game and doing it a second time it FINALLY let me proceed. Mission 4 seems to be running fine with all options turned back on. I have no idea what the issue is but I hope I won’t encounter this again it was a major pain. good luck.

     After i installed the XATAB version with codex crack i just upgraded my drivers for nvidia the latest one,and the black screen was gone, worked as lit. no crashes nothing bad happens. dont know what to say guys. If you have the latest windows 10 version 1809 and upgrade it your video drivers to the last version and still the same dont know. for me in XATAB one it worked and had no issue playing it… eveyrhing worked fine as 100%!!!!!!!Only can tell you is, try with XATAB version and if doesnt worked so wait then till the CODEX release the final cracked version game.!!!!!!!!!!!!

     Played the game on low spec PC. FX 4100, 8 GB DDR3, radeon R570. A few stuttering in the beginning of mission, but i can progress smoothly in battle.
     Some people recommend changing into directx 11, if you keep having trouble with the game.

     I’ve a save game trouble, my game doesn’t save, it did the first time i played it, then it stopped, and i lost an entire session.      You guys keep having trouble but the thing here is, its not the game nor the crack’s fault. Do a proper maintenance check on your pc’s and you’ll have no problem. If you still have issues, go buy a new one!

     This game worked 100% fine for me and currently doing Son of Sparda(mode after clearing the game).

     1. Extract.
     2. Apply Crack.
     3. Play!

     Easy as that.

     same problem as posted above in mission 4. First half of the mission runs fine then the 2nd half it starts hanging on load/save screen and lasts for like 5 to 10 min. seems to finally load but it hangs on saving the game, or loading the cutscenes and switching back and forth. also deaths do the same thing. no idea, it’s like it’s trying to access steam or something even though all network functions are disabled. i think it’s just fucked for me.

     Wow this is a good release. Thank God for the leaked denuvo-free version. This was one of the simplest installs I’ve experienced in a long time. I didn’t belive it would be so simple, but seriously there is no install needed. All the files are there for you. Hassle free indeed.
