It’s a repack. It’s usually only russian and english.
If u want Italian language, u need to dl a multi version or dl a language pack on another website.

sorry i don’t have this game installed right now so i can’t check, but the version number is probably on a txt or ini somewhere in the game folder. The date of this repack is 1st february, on steam the v10004 was up the 29 january.
