   the update not working i have FLT version it install the patch but at the end say there is an error and it will revert back previous file

   Is somehow not able to patch my v1.03 version.
   The installation path seems to be wrong every time.
   No matter if I point it towards the mainfolder (.\Days Gone) or towards the executable (.\Days Gone\BendGame\Binaries\Win64).

   The update will simply fail. Any ideas how to unpack the binary? There were some applications waaaay in the past to do these kind of things, as crackscenes using some plain simple packing tools for this, but I totally forgot the name of that application.
   And no, winRAR and 7zip ain’t able to decode the file.

    Patch works fine,just choose root folder (Days Gone) wherever you installed the game and hit patch,it takes a long time though

    Thank you for share an update which dont evven work, now my game is crashing at startup all the file are corupted, how can you dont even test it before make it public i need download all the game again cause your update corrupted all the game, thank you to make me lose my time

    @steven , thank you, the update install successful, i apply the crack 1.04 from skidrow update but the game crash when loading the main menu, thank to you for help, and thanks skidrow for the troll

    Not sure why didn’t work for you, but XDELTA works fine for me no crash no problem, so something wrong in your side.

    There is easy solution for you, skidrowreloaded already shared full updated game v1.04, the best thing you can do is Re-hash or re-check your current game folder with new v1.04 torrent, torrent will download only new and updated files.

    How to install patch

    1. click the patch setup file and sclect the instalation path and install
    2. copy crack files and paste game directory

    @siva dude, i crack game since 10 years, i installed the patch , right selected the game directory the install going on and at the end it say error occured, then do you want to roll back file ? of course yes, and then the game crash at launch now, some other people have same issue look comment.
    I mean why dont put the file manually as usual instead of this broken patch installer which fked up with many of us

    @siva: you’ just prouve you don’t know difference between Xdelta and manuel files (Copy Past).

    Why Xdelta need for exemple long time to install update even if update size is 300MB.

    While Copy past manuel files is very easy.

    The big difference is sometime Devs of game when they update the games somtime they update BIG file for exemple .PAK (10GB). imagine if you want to download update “manual” file, you will have to download the whole 10GB file, while Xdelta can be less than 1GB why ? because Xdelta known that you need huge disk space even if Xdelta only 300MB why ? because it will decrypte and encypte that .PAK file.

    If you remember one of CyberPunk update not sure which one, size of update EXE 1GB, but need 80GB or 100GB Free Space and will take 30 min to install in SSD why 1- because big file size got updated ? 2- because it’s Xdelta, instead of manuel download update you will need to download 50GB. Xdelta creat backup of that big size, then update it then remove the backup.

    Anyway you said you want MANUEL FILES right ? so easy, as @Steven said above, there is Torrent for full game V1.04, then why you didn’t just re-heck or rehash your game folder with new torrent so it will download only updated and new files ? so it’s like Manuel copy files.

    Can confirm that it works with fitgirl repack.

    > Unzip files.
    > Click patch.exe, direct it to where you installed the game, and then click start.
    > Wait a few minutes. It could take a while eventhough it’s just 200 mb update.
    > Copy the engine and bend folder in the crack folder then replace the ones in your game’s directory.
    > That’s it.

    NOTES:
    -> “Days_Gone-FLT” (or an equivalent release), with or without my previous updates, is required for this patch.

    -> Copy ALL files from the “Update” folder to your BASE game directory and run the .bat file to patch your game!

    PS: Xdelta works fine btw.

    Its working fine as @Steven said. If you guys using any mods make sure rename sfpakss to sfpaks under Days Gone\BendGame\Content Directory, and the patch file should recognize your game.

    @steven thanks to you mate the xdelta corrupted all my games file, wasnt able to install, right selected game directory, click start, install start successfull, then at the end “an error occured” “revert back old files ” i click yes, and my game was broken, crash at launch.

    So i do as you said @steven, downloaded the full 1.04 game to the same location of my game , and it just upgraded / checked file and now its working like a charm.

    i run the update and take a while to complete, but the game now doenst launch even with the crack.
    i have a backup, i will try again but something tells me that the problem could be the update or maybe the crack file.

    After updating from 1.0 to 1.04 using this patch, it loads slower and stutters a lot. My repack is Fitgirl, pls help

    I think that the reason why the update always shows “Unable to find application in selected directory”, when you’re already choose the right path, is, you change “sfpaks” into “sfpakss” for modding the game, coz that was my problem
