I really can’t believe how many oxygen thieving morons actually espouse the notion that Covid-19 is a hoax(a term that has lost all meaning thanks to gaslighting predators). I welcome them to visit the Covid wards in any major city without a mask. Or volunteer at a nursing home and quit being a total drain on humanity. I work all day treating CV19 patients exclusively now despite being a general practice PA in normal times. This disease is heinously lethal to large swathes of the population but will only kill 10-20% of those who acquire a significant infection. In those under 20yrs of age, it is more like 3%. For those under 45 it is roughly 8-12%. If you are overweight, a minority(generalization), elderly(over 60), have high BP or diabetes or cancer history or irregular heartbeat, or a dozen other ongoing conditions it is essentially 35-50% odds of survival.
Put your balls on the line or stfu. Go be among the people in the cities or at meatpacking facilities or warehouses. I have treated at least a dozen truckers now and they are not doing well as a population. They are dying to deliver you conspiracy books, slim jims, mountain dew, lube, and flat earth models. At this point I’d trade any of their lives for yours. At least they are contributing and not spreading deadly, BASELESS, conspiracy garbage. Your evidence only exists on conspiracy websites for a reason. It’s not a conspiracy, it’s a loop of idiocy in the face of hard science and evidence.
BTW- empty hospitals have nothing to do with full covd wards. Hospitals turned away non-life threatening situations and most patients had the wherewithal to stay away from the highly infectious patients that filled most ICU beds in hospitals throughout the US. I have heard from other providers, dozens of stories, about patients who begged for forgiveness for doubting it. I wonder if you would even stop your spewing of garbage while struggling to catch your breath, or if you would still claim it was a conspiracy?
