Hmmm. Yes. This is a Persona copy and not a very good one at that.
However, if you want to try a new JRPG, this isn’t bad either. It’s average in my opinion.

the launcher not working
why the game doesnt work after renaming a main character.. the screen goes black and nothing happened -_-
if you have a problem same with me.. black screen after renaming the character.. try to move your game data to DATA C windows.. it works for me.. and play the game without click the launcher.. just click the conception2.exe

You guys clearly dont know about this game, this is NOTHING like Persona, only thing that is similar to it is that there are “socail links” in a way, before you start spouting nonsense, try out the game and find out what it really is, becasue you are insulting both Persona fans and this game with your nonsnse
This game works for me. Supposedly, we can change the aspect ratio through the “Conception2-Launcher.Exe” But its not working. I hope they can fix it so we can play in Full Screen

Thanks for the crack though it has some issues.
The launcher file isn’t working, which is required to change settings like resolution/AA and such.
Can’t find an INI file either to adjust it in either.

copy crack files from Conception.II.Children.of.the.Seven.Stars-ALI213 folder to launcher folder and
you can run launcher to change resolution.

1st Solution – Check your game folder find folder Launcer – make a shortcut Conception2-Launcher
in desktop Click Properties change this values in Start in example :
“C:\Program Files\Conception\Launcer” Just Delete Launcer
(now will be like this “C:\Program Files\Conception\”) and you should be good ~

just another poorly made crack by a beginner, once Prophet or CODEX upload one, it will be a fine one, This AU213 still have ways to go, but will get there eventually
Also: this can’t be a copy or a clone of Persona because is by ATLUS as well, so is like a cousin of Shin Megami Tensei

This worked for me, I hope it works for those who have the same error.

Game works after i put update 2 and follow user ”Nandha” hints !!!, but is high recommend that you use launcher to play IF NOT game go max settings with 8MSAA etc on your rig, of course doesnt have high req but i have a modest gpu……i have like 12 h in game, no crash, no bugs.

Fix Launcher error (credit to bakachan)

1. Copy steam_api.dll to launcher folder (this will fix java script error)
2. Create Conception2-Launcher.exe shortcut to desktop
3. Right desktop shortcut > Properties > Edit “Start In” field to game root
(Ex: from “E:\Games\Conception II\launcher” to “E:\Games\Conception II”
4. Launch game from that desktop shortcut
Can this game change the subtitles to Japanese?
Chunksoft most likely handled the port, but if you check anywhere, the original Conception 2 made for the Vita was developed by Atlus
Also if you have problems with the resolution, try editing the config.json, there’s a part where it says fullscreen and resolution null, you edit that and put the resolution you want

If OpenAL32.dll problems : – download OpenAL32.dll
– Put it in the game folder
– Launch the game ( ConceptionII.exe ’cause launcher doesn’t work… )
– The game crashes
– Remove OpenAL32.dll and put it in C:/Windows/System32
( It worked for me, I’m on Windows 8.1 )

For crash problem in first fight or in R&D lab Try using dxcpl, It works for me.
