   I unzipped to Steam\steamapps\common\Command Modern Operations and it worked!

   I just copy unzipped files in new created folder in steam derectory “D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Command Modern Operations” and run Launcher.exe and start the game.

    It worked for me, Unzip to D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Command Modern Operations
    all scenarios are playable, and editable

    For everyone saying it doesnt work and there is no crack you are wrong, follow these steps

    You need to extract the files into you steam/steamapps/common/

    open steam and keep it open

    then launch the games exe

    if you have done this correctly then firewall with pop up asking for your permission, accept firewall and now you can play with all licencing unlocked
