    Game is not saving, it starts but when you try to save the city you made it freezes

    how change language: Citystate II > Citystate II_Data > Plugins > x86_64 > Open steam_emu and find Language, then change to you language

    How to change language:
    Citystate.II > Citystate II_Data > Plugins > x86_64 > steam_settings > settings > Open “language.txt” and change it.
