NFS Unbound isn’t that good anyway. I have it on EA, and it’s not the best NFS game in the series.
I launch the game and I still see the previous version and not the update

Вы указали неправильный путь для патча. По умолчанию, если скачивали установщик, то там на диск C в папку games, если игра в другом месте, то надо указывать не папку с игрой, а папку в которой находится папка с игрой. Вам удобнее скачать по ссылке архив с папками без установщика и эти папки надо скопировать так чтобы произошло слияние папок.
Другой вариант: обновляется содержимое двух папок: Cities2_Data и Launcher. Эти 2 папки и надо скопировать в папку с игрой. Согласиться с заменой.
Вы скорее всего установили в папку с игрой Cities Skylines II ещё одну папку Cities Skylines II с обновлениями, поэтому у вас не получилось. Надеюсь что не запутал вас окончательно.
