   God, damn it, Avast was blocking the damn unpacker.

    is it just me or the game always crashed after 30 minutes…?

      It might be a problem connected to autosave.

      The game tries to save, but fails and crashes.
      I also had that with a different version some time ago.
      Try changing the settings or disable it completely.
