No this is not Blueshift: it’s Black Mesa definitive edition …… LOL
An alternative way if you already have Black Mesa installed on your PC you just need to download from “https://www.moddb.com/mods/black-mesa-blue-shift-remake” the 6GB “Blue_Shift_v0.5241117.rar” file, extract it in your Black Mesa folder and run any “bshift… .bat” file works for you (you may need to run it twice).
