@BG After you unzip it, right click on “Application-steam-x64” or “Application-steam-x32” and select “Run as administrator”. That should do the trick.

Don’t ask for other version, this one works fine, if you want the latest buy it !
I just do BTW … more than 4 years i discover this game, played tons of hours and it’s only a few days ago that i realised i don’t have it on steam, my bad devs, i pay full price to reward you and it’s worth it !
Advice : try base game, try to fill a full map without mass extindtion (can happen anytime) … once you are bored and you wish there is more … search the mod Colonial Charter (CC) or MegaMod from Blackliquid team … base game is 750Mo … megamod is 3.5Go … enjoy
