Point & Click games with no voice acting immediately lose me as a potential buyer. Point & Click games MUST have voice acting. I love the art style of this game but the rest of it is so hollow. This is unfortunate because I was kinda looking forward to this game. Oh well.

  2. Skitprat (08 Jun 2021, 15:35)

@ConservativePatriot I totally agree, that’s why they immediately added voices on the amazing point & click classics Loom, Day of the Tentacle and Indiana Jones 4 when they could use the CD support. That made the games even better and there is no turning back on this point !

@ConservativePatriot you kidding right? Not all point & click games have voice acting.Cause point & click games is more about how story goes.By your logic Tales of Neon Seas are bad cause dont have voice acting right?+Idk why you shocked cause has no voice acting i knew from the trailer

Point & Click doesnt need voice acting. Oldschool players know what im talking.

  7. Janitor (08 Jun 2021, 19:37)

@conservativepatriot keep in mind, disco Elysium for example didn’t have full voice acting when it first came out. It only added that after it sold surprisingly well for an indie game. Case in point, support the devs, more people buy the game maybe they’ll be able to add voice acting too.

If you want to support the devs what the fuck are you doing here? Stupid westerners with their stupid logic. Japanese games are far superior. Support them an get more here rather then this round eye shit that can’t even afford voice actors.

  9. OMG (09 Jun 2021, 15:22)

Gives a low level error and says it cannot launch. Then proceeds to launch the game and lock the entire pc, fuck these releases get worse and worse.
I would support the devs but 25bucks for 4 hours of side scrolling with little to no immersion is daylight robbery.
    gaming is fking doomed

Saying point and click games don’t need voice acting is kinda like saying games don’t need to be in colour.

Black and white games can be good, but most games would be lacking without colour. If a narratively driven point and click adventure is lacking voice acting, it can be almost always assumed that it was creators not going “all in” on the budget.

Then someone feels like “well if they didnt go all in on this game, why should i?”
