please make sure that the game is properly installed
on me i got erro 0x06
i found solution for the error u need to go in local disc C:\Users\Public and inside here create a folder named Documents open folder and inside make folder name steam and then u can run the game
it look like this C:\Users\Public\Documents\steam
must download all files in torrent
