any way to get this working on windows 7?
Game is opening but when i start a camping in the game windows store opening automatically then game closing
game wont even open :/
It works, but it won’t save games unless you keep the game open. Moreover you can just use one cheat, than the messages are locked.
The logo of the game comes up them nothing happens. I have windows 10
the isntal dont create a shortcut when going in the install folder and try to open AoEDE file game dont even opens can some1 help?

You guys need to fix these. Torrex doesn’t work for me so I rely on the actual websites. None of them work they just redirect back to the home page. Fix this asap please.
Dont work, no start menu shortcut… even if the windows is in dev mode. Windows 10 v1809
The game works
Just close internet connection before to launch it (don’t forget to run installapp.exe first and to launch the game by the shortcut created into the start menu of windows)
for those with win 1608 / 1809, dont mount the iso. extract the ISO using winrar, then run the exe.
Not working for me. I run installapp.exe, also launched by the shortcut created in the start menu of windows and not working anyway. The logo appears, and after that the game closes. (also tried without internet and still not working) I belive windows won this one

There are 2 parts to this problem:
1. installapp failed
go to above link and see post about this issue
2. I found out game will crash after reach to menu. I find if remove ethernet cable during the video, game will warn about xbox and multiplayer not available. Then you can play single player just fine now.
3. Don’t try to run AOEDE.exe, the only way to start this game is installapp successfully and start from start menu

the game dosen’t work… shame… it opens but it closes right away.
The game does not work, I have the latest version of windows 10 and when I want to start it, it takes me directly to the microsoft store. The crack does not working well.
codex error this program does not support the version of windows your computer is running.

This game patch won’t work anymore after updating to new windows 10 version 1903. It requires a new patch. Like other user reported it opens Microsoft store instead of age of empire. Microsoft has updated the security and destroyed the outdated patch.
We need a new rebuild. This version is outdated and Windows 1903 does not support it anymore
Please consider to do a new update. Thank you man

It doesn’t work, it doesn’t even open the application. I have windows 10 version 1909. When finished installing, there is no icon on the desktop. I try to open it from .exe of installation and nothing happens, neither in administrator mode … the version that went up earlier in the game if it was going perfectly. Please upload again. 🙁
